Business Introduction

Our bank¡¯s telephone banking can provide you with financial services such as account business, transfer business, FX business and bank information inquiry.

Account Business:

It includes such functions as to orally report a missing account, change telephone banking password, check account balance, check transaction details, check the No. of a certificate of deposit, check accumulated points in a debit card, and fax a bank statement.

Transfer Business:

It includes such functions as transfer within the Licaitong card, and local or non-local transfer at our bank from a contracted account of a registered user.

Foreign Exchange (hereinafter referred to as FX) Business:

An individual customer who has opened a New FX Kit account provided by CGB (hereinafter referred to as CGB) can use the telephone banking to buy or sell FX at real time, make commission-based transactions, check exchange rates and account balances, and check various transaction details.

Bank Information Inquiry:

It includes such functions as checking and faxing interest rates, checking and faxing FX rates, trial calculation of interest, and appointment for call deposit or withdrawal.

CGB¡¯s telephone banking provides you with automatic voice service 24 hours a day; as long as you dial the phone No. 400-8308003 and input correct information according to the voice prompts, you can get quick financial services.

Application Conditions

1.A common individual telephone banking customer: Without needing to register, an individual customer of our bank can, by means of his/her bankbook account No. or debit card No., use services provided by our bank¡¯s telephone banking, such as account business, bank information inquiry, and transfer between One-in-All cards. A registered customer: An individual customer of our bank can, by carrying his/her valid ID card and a bankbook or debit card provided by our bank, process the application procedure at the account-opening bank outlet, fill out the Telephone Banking Service Application Form, apply a customer service account No., and make related agreements, and then become a registered customer of our bank¡¯s telephone banking service. A registered customer can, by means of his/her customer service account No., use services provided by our bank¡¯s telephone banking, such as account business, bank information inquiry, and transfer business. An individual customer who has opened a New FX Kit account at CGB can, by means of his/her customer No., use individual FX business services provided by our bank¡¯s telephone banking system.

2.An corporate telephone banking customer or a corporate customer of our bank can, by carrying the business license, certificate of organizational code, corporate seal, corporate official seal, processor¡¯s valid ID card, and the letter of authorization issued by the company, process the application procedure at the account-opening bank outlet, fill out the Telephone Banking Service Application Form, apply a customer service account No., and make related agreements, and then become a registered customer of our bank¡¯s telephone banking service. A corporate customer can, by means of the customer service account No., use services provided by our bank¡¯s telephone banking, such as account business and bank information inquiry.

Prompts

1.To use our bank¡¯s telephone banking services, a customer shall open a settlement account at our bank in real name as required.

2.The telephone banking transfer business is available only for individual customers; inward or outward transfer is limited to settlement accounts opened at CGB, and the function of foreign currency transfer to other¡¯s accounts is not available.

3.The application for telephone banking services shall be processed by the customer himself/herself. When setting transfer accounts, the other¡¯s accounts can only be set as inward transfer accounts.

4.This telephone banking system is not applicable to customers of our branch bank in Macau.
