Mr. Liu holds a Bachelor’s degree and is a Senior Economist.

Mr. Liu is a Director, Vice Chairman, President and the Secretary of the CPC Committee of the Bank.

He served successively as Deputy Director and Director of Finance Division of Commercial Finance Department of the Ministry of Finance, Deputy Chief of the People’s Government of Guantao County in Hebei Province (holding a temporary leading post), Director of Division of General Affairs of Treasury Bond Finance Department of the Ministry of Finance from 1998 to 2000, and Deputy Director of Finance Department of the Ministry of Finance from 2000 to 2003. He was Vice President and a Member of the CPC Committee of China Life Insurance Company Limited from August 2003 to March 2014. From March 2014 to December 2016, he was Chairman of China Life Pension Company Limited, where he concurrently served as President and the Secretary of the CPC Committee in March 2014 to March 2015. He was Vice President and a Member of the CPC Committee of China Life Insurance (Group) Company from August 2014 to October 2016. After 2003, he held concurrent posts as Director of China Life Insurance Company Limited, Director of China Life Asset Management Company Limited, Director of China Life Property & Casualty Insurance Company Limited, Director of China Life Franklin Asset Management Company Limited, and Supervisor of Sinopec Marketing Company Ltd..

Mr. Yin holds a Ph.D. in Economics and is a Senior Economist.

Mr. Yin is a Director,Senior Vice President and Deputy Secretary of the CPC Committee of the Bank.

From 2000, he served in the Agricultural Bank of China, successively as: Deputy Office Director and Office Director (CPC Committee Office) at Head Office; Vice President and President of Guangdong Branch; General Manager of Asset Disposal Department and General Manager of Special Asset Operation Department at the Head Office; Vice President and a Member of the CPC Committee of China Life Asset Management Company Limited. Previously, he worked in the Agricultural Bank of China asAssistant Director, Deputy Director and Director of of Township Enterprises Division of Industrial Credit Department, Deputy director and Director of Township Enterprises Division of Agricultural Credit Department, Director of General Division of Agricultural Credit Department, and Director of System Inspection Division of Credit Management Department II.

Mr. Zheng holds a Master’s degree and is a Senior Economist.

Mr. Zheng is Vice President and a Member of the CPC Committee of the Bank.

He served successively as Deputy Director of System Reform and Legal Affairs Department and Policy Research Center under the State Development Planning Commission (in charge of daily operations); Deputy General Manager of General Office, Deputy General Manager and General Manager of International Business Department, President Assistant of Head Office and President of Foshan Branch, Vice President and a Member of the CPC Committee of the Head Office of China Guangfa Bank.

Mr. Zong holds an MBA degree.

Mr. Zong is Vice President and a Member of the CPC Committee of the Bank.

He served successively as Assistant Vice President of the Settlement Department of New York Branch, Bank of Communications Co., Ltd.; Manager of the Operations Department and Vice President of Dalian Branch, Industrial Bank of Japan; Deputy General Manager of the International Business Department of Shanghai Pudong Development Bank (SPDB); President of SPDB Dalian Branch, Director of System Reform Office of SPDB, and President of SPDB Shenzhen Branch; Vice President and a Member of the CPC Committee of China Guangfa Bank. Mr. Zong was also responsible for the operation of SPDB Hong Kong Representative Office during his work with the System Reform Office and in Shenzhen.

Mr. Wang holds a Master’s degree and is a Senior Engineer.

Mr. Wang is Vice President and a Member of the CPC Committee of the Bank.

He served successively as a Staff Member, Principal Staff Member, and Deputy Director of the Operation Division; Deputy Director, Deputy Director (in charge of daily operations) and Director of the System Division of Technology Department in the Head Office of Industrial and Commercial Bank of China (ICBC); Deputy General Manager and a Member of the CPC Committee of Data Center (Beijing) of ICBC; and Chief Information Officer, Vice President and a Member of the CPC Committee of China Guangfa Bank.

Mr. Zheng holds a Master’s degree in Economics.

Mr. Zheng is Vice President (to assume office upon eligibility approved by regulatory authorities) and a Member of the CPC Committee of the Bank.

He worked as a teacher in Electronic Industry Management Cadre College and served in Everbright International Leasing Co., Ltd. In 1996, he participated in China Guangfa Bank’s acquisition of Zhong Yin Trust & Investment Co., Ltd. He served successively as Vice President of Huizhou Branch of China Guangfa Bank (in charge of daily operations); General Manager of the Planning and Management Department and the Head of Restructuring and Development Office of China Guangfa Bank; the Secretary to the Board of Directors of China Guangfa Bank; Chief Audit Executive and a Member of the CPC Committee of China Guangfa Bank.

Ms. Xu holds a Master’s Degree in Economics.

Ms. Xu is Vice President and a Member of the CPC Committee of the Bank, Secretary of the CPC Committee and  President of Beijing Branch of the Bank. She is also a delegate of the Eleventh Congress of CPC Committee of Tianjin, a member of the Thirteenth   Tianjin Committee of CPPCC (Economics Division).

She served successively as cadre of Western Suburbs Office, Industrial and Commercial Credit Division and the Department of Foreign Affairs of Tianjin Branch of the Agriculture Bank of China; Clerk, Deputy Chief, Chief, Assistant General Manager, Deputy General Manager and General Manager of International Business Department; President of the Bonded Area Sub-Branch; Member of the CPC Committee, Vice President and Deputy Secretary of the CPC Committee of Tianjin Branch of the Agriculture Bank of China; General Manager of the Business Department of the Agriculture Bank of China; Deputy Secretary of the CPC Committee and Vice President (Executive) of Tianjin Branch of the Agriculture Bank of China; Secretary of the CPC Committee and President of Tianjin Branch of the Agriculture Bank of China.

Mr. Chen holds an MBA degree and is a Senior Economist.

Mr. Chen is Secretary of Discipline Inspection Committee and Member of the CPC Committee of the Bank. He is also a member of the Twelfth Guangdong Committee of CPPCC.

He served successively as Deputy Director and Director of Agency of China Guangfa Bank in Guangzhou Economic & Technological Development District, Deputy Manager of Domestic Business Department of China Guangfa Bank, Secretary of the CPC Committee and President of Shaoguan Branch, General Manager of Business Department of the headoffice, General Manager of Credit Card Center , Secretary of the CPC Committee and General Manager of Credit Card Center of China Guangfa Bank.

Mr. Fang holds a Master’s degree in Finance.

Mr. Fang is Assistant President (Designate) of the Bank，Secretary of the CPC Committee and President of Shenzhen Branch of the Bank.

Mr. Zhu is the Secretary to the Board of Director of the Bank.

He has served successively as Deputy Director of Planning Division of Asset Preservation Department of Head Office of the Bank of China; Senior Manager of Credit Enforcement Department of Head Office of the Bank of China; Senior Manager of General Office of Head Office

of the Bank of China; Deputy Director of General Office of Beijing Branch of the Bank of China; and General Manager of Strategy Management Department of Head Office, Supervisor and the Secretary to the Board of Directors of China Guangfa Bank and the Chief Representative of Hong Kong Representative Office.

He is currently a Member of the Standing Committee of the Second Session of the National Youth Federation of Financial Systems, a Member of the Twelfth Session of the All-China Youth Federation, Director and Deputy Secretary-General of the Guangdong Finance Society, and Instructor (Industry) for master’s students of Lingnan College of Sun Yat-sen University.
