First: To prevent the identity and account information being stolen. For this point, you shall install genuine anti-virus software for the computer and timely upgrade the virus database, and avoid to log in and use e-bank service in cyber café or on public computer to the largest extent.
Second: To apply for e-bank service with certificate. Digital certificate is one of the advanced security technology method for e-bank currently, which can effectively guarantee the customer information and capital security. Please pay attention that: when you do not use the e-bank, you shall timely pull up the Key with digital certificate from the computer.
Third: To take precautions against “Phishing Site”. The users shall not take the online information such as low price, special discount, and prize winning for granted. When processing the online payment, the users shall pay attention whether the domain name of website is correct or not, and shall be highly vigilant on the individual receiver. Some banks such as China Guangfa Bank has adopted advanced EV service certificate. When the user logs in the bank website with IE7 or above, the address bar of browser will be automatically green, and the English name of such website (for example: CHINA GUANGFA BANK Co.Ltd) and the information of certificate issuance organization will be shown.
