Business Introduction
As long as you have a Licaitong card or credit card provided by our bank, or another bankcard with the logo of China UnionPay, Visa or Master, you can do such a business as inquiry or money withdrawal or deposit at a CRS of our bank.

Application Conditions
Before your Licaitong card can be used to transfer money into an individual current savings account of CGB by means of CRS, you shall carry your Licaitong card to be processed for such a business and your ID card to set inward transfer accounts at any business outlet of the Licaitong card-opening branch. You don’t have to go to a counter to use other functions of a CRS.

Prompts
1.When you are making a deposit, please deposit bills which are 70% new or newer, and make sure that the bills are placed flatly when they are sent in; never deposit corner-missing bills or coins or other foreign objects.
2.When the “Transaction Overtime” prompt is displayed (especially during money withdrawal), please wait patiently until the screen of service suspension is displayed, so as to ensure the safety of your money.
3.When your card is seized by the automatic money deposit and withdrawal machine or your money is not sent out but the amount is deducted from your account, you shall carefully check if there is a foreign object in the card slot or money outlet, so as to ensure the safety of your card and money.
4.When your attempt to withdraw money fails but the amount is deducted from your account, you shall dial our bank’s 24-hour E-banking customer service hotline 400-830-8003, or report to our bank’s counter, so that our bank can handle this problem for you in a timely fashion.
