    • Because of the outstanding performance in the risk management of credit cards, our bank won the “Excellent Prize of China UnionPay Card Risk Management Performance of 2006”. Our bank is the only bank which won the prize.
    • In the comparison and assessment of the “Best Customer Service Center Award of China in 2005-2006”, the Customer Service Center of CGB won four awards, namely, the “Best Customer Service Center Award of China”, the “Grand Award of Outstanding Contribution to Customer Service of China”, the “Best Customer Service Manager Award of China”, and the “Best Customer Service Specialist Award of China”.
    • In Jul. 2006, in the “investigation of brands welcomed by net users in China” sponsored by the Internet Society of China, CGB Card won the award as one of the “Top 10 Innovative Brands Welcomed by Net Users of China in 2006”.
    • On May 16, 2006, the Lady Platinum Card was issued. This is the first lady platinum card in the country, which filled the gap in the high-end market of lady’s credit cards in the country.
    • In Mar. 7, 2006, the image of  Lady Card was renewed, and the brand was upgraded. In the news briefing named “considerate guarantee and upgraded sincerity” held in Shanghai, several innovative and preferential services were launched in the industry: triple reward point program for merchants selected by the cardholder at her discretion, insurance program on issuance of the card selected by the cardholder at her discretion, “EPP” interest-free payment by installments, and the initiative security guarantee against card loss guarantee program in the country. With the customized new functions of the Lady Card, more considerate, relieving, flexible, and convenient services could be provided to cardholders.
