Service Description

CGB, assigned by a trust company, performs agent receipt and payment of capital for capital trust products on an agency basis through its business outlets. Upon completion of issue of credit products, CGB, under the directive of the trust company, will transfer the capital raised through such sales to the designated bank account or preserve that capital as an agency basis with certain commissioning charge.

Key Points of Business

1.      CGB enters a trust agency agreement of capital receipt and payment with a trust and investment company.

2.      CGB shall be held harmless from any loss arising out of investment of capital credit trust products before and after the receipt and payment of capital on an agency basis.

3.      CGB will not make any advertisement of such products through the press or broadcasting.

4.      The trust bank account of the credit trust company shall be in strict correspondence with the trust income bank account of the beneficiary.
