(hereinafter referred to as the "Bank") held the Third Meeting of the Seventh Board of Supervisors and Ms. Wang Guizhi Supervisor was elected as Chairman of the Board of Supervisors. In accordance with relevant provisions, Ms. Wang Guizhi  serve as Chairman of the Board of Supervisors from the day when elected .

Resume of Ms. Wang Guizhi

Wang Guizhi, born in August 1960, holds an MBA degree and is a Senior Economist.

Ms. Wang is an Employee Supervisor, the Chairman of the Board of Supervisors and a Member of the CPC Committee of the Bank. She also has been the Chairman of the Board of Supervisors of China UinonPay since 2014.

She served successively as Secretary of Youth League Committee of Xixia County Branch and Nanyang Central Branch of PBOC, Deputy Director and Director of Teaching and Research Office for Credit , Director of Teaching and Research Office for Financial Investment, Deputy Director of Department of Finance in Henan Finance Management Cadre Institute; Director of Security Management Division, General Manager Assistant and General Manager of Securities Business Department of China Rural Development Trust & Investment Corporation Zhengzhou Branch; General Manager of Treasury Department of Zhengzhou Branch of China Guangfa Bank, and General Manager of Planning and Management Department of the Head Office of China Guangfa Bank; Secretary of the CPC Committee and President of Nanjing Branch of China Guangfa Bank; Member of the CPC Committee of Head Office of China Guangfa Bank and Secretary of the CPC Committee and President of Guangzhou Branch of China Guangfa Bank; Member of the CPC Committee and President Assistant,  Member of the CPC Committee and Vice President of Head Office of China Guangfa Bank.
