Announcement on Resignation of A Shareholder Supervisor of China Guangfa Bank Co., Ltd.

The Board of Supervisors and all supervisors of China Guangfa Bank Co., Ltd. ensure that the contents of this Announcement are free from any misrepresentation, misleading statement and material omission, and that they will assume joint and several liability for the truthfulness, accuracy and integrity of the contents.

China Guangfa Bank Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as the "Bank") recently received a letter of resignation from Mr. Zhai Feng, the shareholder supervisor of the Bank. Due to work arrangement, Mr. Zhai Feng resigned as a shareholder supervisor. In accordance with relevant regulations, the resignation of Mr. Zhai Feng has been effective when the Board of Supervisors of the Bank received his letter of resignation.

As a shareholder supervisor of the Bank, Mr. Zhai Feng has done a lot of fruitful work in optimizing the corporate governance, promoting the performance supervision and reinforcing the risk management of the Bank in a diligent way.
