On June 16, 2020, China Guangfa Bank Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as the "Bank") held the Seventh Meeting of the Third Congress of Staff and Workers, and Wang Guizhi, Fan Junxiong, Wu Dahao were elected as Employee Supervisors of the Eighth Board of Supervisors.

On June 23, 2020, the Bank held 2019 Annual General Meeting of Shareholders, Yang Fuming and Chen Jiyou were elected as Shareholder Supervisors of the Eighth Board of Supervisors, Li Wenjing, Yang Kejing and Li Weiyi were elected as External Supervisors of the Eighth Board of Supervisors. The term of office is 3 years.

On June 23, 2020, the Bank held the First Meeting of the Eighth Board of Supervisors, and Supervisor Wang Guizhi was elected as Chairman of the Eighth Board of Supervisors.
