The Board of Supervisors and all supervisors of China Guangfa Bank Co., Ltd. ensure that the contents of this Announcement are free from any misrepresentation, misleading statement and material omission, and that they will assume joint and several liability for the truthfulness, accuracy and integrity of the contents.

On October 28, 2021, China Guangfa Bank Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as the "Bank") convened 2021 Third Extraordinary General Meeting and elected Mr. Chen Neng as Supervisor of the Bank, whose tenor is the same as that of the Eighth Board of Supervisors. At the same time, Mr. Yang Fuming no longer undertakes the duty of Supervisor of the Bank.
