The supreme organ of the Bank is the General Meeting of Shareholders. The Board of Directors serves as the enforcement organ of the General Meeting of shareholders, to which it shall be accountable; The Senior Management is subject to the leadership of the Board of Directors and engages in operational and management activities of the Bank by laws.
