Announcement on Resignation of A Supervisor of China Guangfa Bank Co., Ltd.

The Board of Supervisors and all Supervisors of China Guangfa Bank Co., Ltd. ensure that the contents of this Announcement are free from any misrepresentation, misleading statement and material omission, and that they will assume joint and several liability for the truthfulness, accuracy and integrity of the contents.

China Guangfa Bank Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as the "Bank") recently received a letter of resignation from Mr. Chen Neng, the shareholder supervisor of the Bank. Due to work arrangement, Mr. Chen Neng resigned as a shareholder supervisor of the Eighth Board of Supervisors.

Mr. Chen Neng has confirmed that he has no disagreement with the Board of Supervisors of the Bank and there is no other matter in relation to his resignation that needs to be brought to the attention of the shareholders and the creditors of the Bank.

As a shareholder supervisor and a member of Supervisory Committee of the Board of Supervisors of the Bank, Mr. Chen Neng actively took part in the Bank¡¯s supervisory work in a diligent way.

The Board of Supervisors of the Bank would like to take this opportunity to express its sincere gratitude to Mr. Chen Neng for his contributions to the Company during his term of office.
