Announcement on Approval of the Change of Registered Capital by the CBIRC of China Guangfa Bank Co., Ltd.

The Board of Directors and all directors of China Guangfa Bank Co., Ltd. ensure that the contents of this Announcement are free from any misrepresentation, misleading statement and material omission, and that they will assume joint and several liability for the truthfulness, accuracy and integrity of the contents.

China Guangfa Bank Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred as ¡°the Bank¡±) accomplished the private placement in January 2022. Recently, the Bank received the Reply of the China Banking and Insurance Regulatory Commission on the Change of Registered Capital of China Guangfa Bank (Yin Bao Jian Fu¡²2022¡³No. 365), which agreed that the Bank¡¯s registered capital increased to RMB 21,789,860,711 yuan from RMB 19,687,196,272 yuan. Pursuant to the approval, the Bank will handle the procedures of changing industry and commerce registration.
