General Meeting of Shareholders
The general meeting of shareholders of the Bank shall be composed of all the shareholders of the Bank, and is the organ of authority of the Bank. The general meeting of shareholders makes decisions upon the Bank’s material events in accordance with relevant laws, including to determine the business objectives and investment plans of the Bank, to consider and approve the annual budgets and final accounts of the Bank, to consider and approve plans of the Bank for the distribution of profits and recovery of losses, to consider and approve any proposed Very Substantial Connected Transaction, to amend Articles of Association of the Bank, etc..
